A little bit about tea
Ancient legend in China suggests that tea was originally discovered in 2737BC by the Chinese Emperor Shen Nong. As legend has it, the Emperor discovered tea by accident when some leaves form a Camellia Sinensis plant were blown into his pot of boiling water, and the colour of the water changed. The Emperor decided to taste the brew and was pleased with its flavour.
Now, tea is the second most consumed beverage in the world. |
