Black Tea

Commonly referred to as 'tea' - black tea is made with fully fermented tea leaves from the 'tea plant', Camellia Sinensis. Black tea has a dark brew with a strong aroma and taste. This is the most widely consumed tea in the world, especially in the West.

Green Tea

Green tea is high in antioxidants. With no fermentation and little processing, it has kept the colour, original bittersweet taste and aroma of the freshly plucked leaves. Chinese green tea is typically more roasty in taste while Japanese ones are more grassy. Green tea is typically drunk without milk.

Herbal Infusion

Since the earliest history, people have been using plants to heal, enliven and enhance their wellbeing. Many of us have rediscovered this knowledge. Please check the ingredients prior to consumption as some herbs can react with certain medications, conditions or pregnancy. Natural herbs in Australian summer are prone to spoilage. Please consider storing your herbal tea in air tight containers and/or a sealed container in the fridge.

Fruit Infusion

Fruit infusions can be enjoyed cold or hot. They are caffeine-free, high in Vitamin C and taste delicious with a little added honey.

White Tea

White tea got its name from the light colour / almost colourless brew. Treasured by many Chinese tea drinkers, researchers suggest white tea has more antioxidants than green tea. White tea has gone through the most natural (pick and dry) process in terms of tea processing, it requires more generous brewing time (Pai Mu Tan 2-3 minutes, Silver needles 5 minutes). But the wait is definitely worthwhile!
